Procedure of dissolving Nichigo G-Polymer™
The following procedure will make it easier for Nichigo G-Polymer™ to dissolve in water.
1. Start stirring nomal temperature water, add Nichigo G-Polymer™ slowly.
2.
Check if the polymer dispersed evenly.
3.Raise the solution temperature over 90℃ and keep continuing the stir for 1 hour.
4. Check if
there is no residue in the solution.
5. Cool it promptly after completing the dissolution, and
maintain it.
1. While stirring in room temperature water, put Nichigo G-Polymer™ little by little.
* Adding all of it at the same time or putting it in warm water will create residue, then it will take more time to dissolve it.
2.Check if Nichigo G-Polymer™ dispersed evenly.
3.Raise the solution temperature over 90℃ and keep continuing the stir for 1 hour.
* Fully disolving time depends on the grade and concentration of the solution.
* Avoid fast heating occuring foaming.
4. Check if there is no residue in the solution.
5. Cool the solution promptly after the dissolution is completed.
* Cool down with cold water or/and water with ice block into water jacket.
* To get rid of undisolved polymer, filtrate the solution with a filter, etc.
6. Maintain the solution until you use it.
